DROP IN BUTTER PRICES.
STRONG DANISH COMPETITION. (By Telegraph. Press Association.) DUNEDIN. Friday. The secretary of the South I'-land Dairy Association has received a cab’e from the New Zealand Produce Association as follows: “The butter market declined suddenly during the last two days. Demand ceased Today’s prices if)os to 102 s, but no buyers because of Danish sellers quoting 196 s at Copenhagen.”
