NOTABLE FRIESIAN COW.
GREAT PRODUCING CAPACITY
As a senior four-year-old the phenomenal American Friesian cow Princess Aaggie stands at the head of her class for both milk and butter production, her record just completed being 31,600.91bs milk, 1 : 0'52.21bs butterfat (1,3151b5' butter). Her milk record is the highest ever made in Minntsota. Individually she is a splendid cow with plenty of size (she weighed almost a ton at the end of her test), and carrying an almost perfect udder. Her production during the past year is really indicative of the ability of some one man, for durthe ability os some one man, for during that period she was under the care of three different herdsmen, and her monthly figures fail to indicate where any changes in handlers and rations were made. She is by no means the only producer in her family. Her granddam, Canary Polkadot Wisconsin Lottie, was a 10001 b cow. Her daughter, the dam of Princess, never was tested for a year, but under unfavourable conditions she produced 7771bs milk in seven days, and 31111bs in 30 days, with 1211bs in her best day. Princess also has a daughter that produced 17,3781b® milk, 522.41bs fat at two years nine days.
