An outside firm has offered to erect a dual plant factory at Mangateparu, a soldiers’ settlement, four miles from Morrinsville. | The supply of from 800 to 1000 cows is required. There are 1500 cows on the settlement. The firm offered to hand the factory over to the settlers in three years, and allow them to conduct it as a co-opera-tive concern.
