Mr Johnson stated at last night’s meeting in the Town Hall that practical experience had proved that a one-horse-power electric motor would drive a three-cow plant with every satisfaction. “ We have had an abnormal autumn. It is the best I have seen, and old residents in Waikato tell me they have never seen anything like it. As a result the milking season has kept up marvellously,” stated Mr J. 'T. Johnson, himself a practical dairy farmer, at last night's meeting in Te Awamutu.
