Otorolianga Advertisements. QTOROHANGA COUNTY COUNCIL. TO THE RATEPAYERS OF HONIKIWI RIDING. LADIES AND GENTLEMEN,— Having 'been asked to stand for the Honikiwi Riding, not only by my nominators, but also by a large number of others, I hereby ask your 'suffrage and support. I will at all times work for the good of the County as a whole. I realise that public bodies must exercise every caution in regard to expenditure and endeavour to get full value for money spent, whether it be large or small sums. In the case of purchasing machinery,, it is my opinion that full inquiries should be made as to its utility and economy in regard to the work for which it is required. It will, of course, be my endeavour to have the rates kept down, and I would respectfully urge the ratepayers to endeavour to keep their rates regularly paid, for by so doing it will make the work of your Council much easier and assist in a forward policy of roading, etc. Thanking you in anticipation of your support, I am, yours respectfully, 571 F.
