They are milked in one of the most up-to-date and sanitary sheds in the Dominion. The present average test of this herd is 5.4, and the milk will come straight to you without adulteration or dilution. The milk goes through a special cooler as it leaves the cows, and consequently its keeping qualities are assured. ■CREAM can also be supplied to all requiring same.
