IN THE MATTER OF THE PUBLIC BODIES' LOANS ACT, 1913, AND THE COUNTIES ACT, 1908, AND ANY ACTS AMENDING OR IN SUBSTITUTION FOR THE SAME. | , . PURSUANT to the above Acts notice is hereby given that the above Council, for the purpose of paying the expenses, annual outgoings, and sinking fund in connection with the loan of £IOOO intended to be raised for the purpose of constructing certain drainage works within the Kio Kio Drainage Area, and known as the Kio Kio Drainage Loan, £IOOO,, 1921, intends to 'levy the following differential rates on lands situated within the said Area and duly classified as A,. B, and C, viz.:— 2|d (two pence half-penny) in ' the pound on the capital value of all lands classified A. ljd (one penny farthing) in the pound on the capital value of all lands classified B. gd (five-eighths of a penny) in the pound on the capital value of all lands classified C. And notice is hereby further given, that any person objecting to the said differential rates must notify his objection to the same by notice in writing, addressed to the Chairman at the Council office, Te Kuiti, and that all such objections in writing, if any, will be considered by the Council at a meeting to be held after the expiration of twenty-eight days after the first publication of this notice.
