MAN WITH A SWAG. Last night after darkness, had set in a' solitary figure left the 6.30 train at Te Awamutu station, carrying a swag and looking for “Wharepuhunga Block.” He was one of the Government’s unemployed proteges. ' He shouldered his swag and inquired the way to, his destination, expecting to reach there in a brief walk. As Wharepuhunga is twenty miles distant in the back blocks, over a bad road, the answers he received rather upset his calculations, and he was advised to apply to the police. _
