SUGGESTIONS BY WOMEN.

WELLINGTON, Wednesday.
A public meeting of women held under the auspices of the Women’s National Council' carried the following resolution : “ That in order to afford some relief from high cost of living this meeting urges the City Council to establish as soon as possible a well-organised system of municipal distribution of fish, fruit ana vegetables.”
