Farms in this district are still changing hands, the latest being Messrs Coyle and Onyon, who have sold their sections at very satisfactory prices. Several visitors have been in the district inspecting farms, and it is on the tapis that others will change hands before the summer sets in. Three of our most progressive farmers —Messrs Florance, Dunn, Clark, and Elmsly—are having milking machines installed this season. Last year Mr Gane had the machines installed. Several others are contemplating having them.
