BE PREPARED.
COLLAR AND CUFF SEASON. Fashion decrees that cuffs and collars be worn a great deal next summer, and it is well to be prepared. The more sets you have in your wardrobe the happier you are going to feel and the better dressed you are going to look, for there is nothing that brightens a not so new dress quite so well as an attractive set of collars and cuffs.
They are so simple to make that no woman can complain that she cannot make her own. Try any shape you like—but cut them out in paper first—and use up some, of those oddments that you have tucked away in the spare pieces bag.
