ODDFELLOWSHIP
NOMINATIONS FOR DISTRICT OFFICERS.
There was a good attendance of members at the usual fortnightly meeting of the Loyal Abbotsford Lodge, M.U.1.0.0.F;, held in the lodgcroom last evening, N.G. Bro. P. Jane presiding. The following additional officers were appointed Guardian, Bro. Clevely; warden, Bro. F. C. Wallis; Lecture Master, Bro. E. Kingston. A. letter was received from the District Secretary furnishing information relative to the steps being taken by the Order to protect the interests of members on active service. The following' nominations for district office to come before the District Conference at Waipawa on March 16th were madeP.D.G.M., Bro. A. H. Robinson; D.D.G.M., Bro E. C. Kingston; District Management Committee, Bros. E. Kingston and E. Wallis. The matter of holding a lodge picnic this year was deferred for consideration at the next- meeting. It was decided to enter a lodge float in the Centennial celebrations procession.
