Consequent on mi iill.erntion in the time of departure of the evening train from Napier to Palmerston Xoi’th, mails for Waipukurau, Pannevirke, Palmerston North, Wellington and Auckland, which at present close at this office at 5.40 p.m. daily, will, on and after Monday, the 21st instant, close at 5.30 p.m. Mails for Napier and Hastings which are despatched by the night goods train at 5.24 a.m. next day will also he closed at 5.30 p.m. daily.
