WEATHER FORECAST.
The Government Meteorologist wired to-day as follows: — “The indications are for northerly winds, moderate to strong, freshening 1 and backing bv west to south after about 24 hours. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather, but shortly it will be unsettled with rain following. Conditions mild at first but later colder. Barometer falling but rising slowly after about 24 hours.”
