The Prime Minister, referring to the waterfront trouble, informed the House of Representatives that the Government intended to take immediate firm action to enforce observance of Judge Beeby’s award. He said he had communicated with the Premiers of all States asking them to nnoro protection for free labor, and take such other steps as they deemc necessary to kepe the ships running, with which the Commonwealth Government would afford the fullest cooperation.
