Garratt, of GVadley, Worcestershire, who has been awarded the Albert Medal for conspicuous bravery. cued a drowning man. Captain Garratt is only twenty-eight but he possesses the D. 5.0., M.C., 0.8. b, General Service and Victory Medals, Order of the Crown of Rumania, Star of Nepal, Indian Service Medal with five clasps, and Royal Humane Society’s Medal.
