NEW ZEALAND CASE.

IN LONDON POLICE COURT. (B v Cahie —Press ssn.—Copyright) (Australian Press Assn. —United Service). (Received This day. 11.35 a.m.) LONDON, September 4. The London Police Court made a maintenance order in favor of Mrs Emily Mary Dunne of Clapton, of 70s per week for herself, and 10s weekly for her son. aged 15, against her husband, Michael Dunne, of Auckland. Evidence was given that the parties were married in 1809. Dunne went to AVcst Africa in 1923. Claimant and her son were living in Cornwall, and there met a New Zealander, through whom she ascertained that Dunne is emnloved at Auckland in the Public AYorks Department. His former employers told the wife he canied sufficient in West Africa to enable his retirement. The Court’s order will be sent to New Zealand for confirmation or variation after Dunne has made a statement.
