DOCTOR MURDERED.
TBBBIBLE “REVENGE” FOE CHILD’S DEATH NEW YORK, March 30. Driven mad by grief, a Brooklyn man took terrible revenge on a young doctor whom he believed to be responsible for the death of his six-year-old boy. The doctor, it is stated, gave the boy. who was suffering from diphtheria, an anti-toxin injection last Saturday and savl he would call again yesterday. In the meantime the child died, and when the doctor arrived in the afternoon the father was hiding behind the bedroom door with a bread-knife in his hand.
Though the doctor apparently ma/ic a stout fight for life, he was found later by the police with his throat cut.
