IN PURSUANCE and exercise of the powers invested in it by Section 16 of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913,’’ and with the consent of the ratepayers of the Rangitoto Road special rating area in the Waipawa County hereinafter described, testified by a petition signed by not less than three-fourths of the ratepayers in the said special rating area, the Capital Value of whose properties as appearing in the Valuation Roll of the said County is collectively greater than the Capital Values of the properties of the ratepayers who did not so consent, the Waipawa County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order, as follows: For the purpose of forming, metalling and culverting 'a portion of Rangitoto Road, Whenuahou, deviating through the special rating area comprising Kopua Estate lots 9/10 When. B. No. 2 and secs. 16/18 and lot 1 of 19 Whenuahou D.F.; Wlienunhou D.F. lot 1 sec. pt. 14; Kopua Es'.ate lots 11/12 and pt. sec. 14 lot 2 Whenuahou D.F.; Kopua Estate lot 13 and pt. When. B. No. 2 and secs. 10/18 and lot 1 of 19 D.P. 3404 Whenuahou D.F.; and pt. Whenuahou Block D.F. sec. pt. 19 of the Takapau Survey District respectively, the Waipawa County Council hereby authorises the raising- of a ioan of £6OO at six per centum per annum for a period of 25 years, and declare that the cost of raising the said loan and the first year’s interest on the loan shall lie payable out of the moneys so raised. The above resolution was passed at a Special Meeting of the Waipawa County Council held on MONDAY, August 17th, 1925; and will be confirmed at a meeting of the Council to be held on MONDAY, 14th September, 1925, at 11 a.m. TO THE INTENT that the same shall operate and take effect as a Special Older. A copy of the proposed Special Order is deposited at the office of the Council and may he inspected during office hours. Dated this 17th day of August, 1925. F.
