WAIPUKURAU STOCK SALE. The stockbrokers report having held their weekly sale at Waipukuran yesterday, when they offered a small yarding of sheep and cattle to a moderate attendance of buyers. The following is a range of the prices:— Fat steers £4 10s to £5 7s fid, forward 4-year bullocks £4 2s fid to £5 Gs to £5 12s, fat ewes 15s lid to lfis 3d, 2-tooth ewes in lamb 27s 3d, mixed aged ewes in lamb lfis to 22s 6d, ewe hoggets 17s fid, m.s. hoggets to 15s. The brokers report sales us under:— Williams and Kettle, Ltd.—3l!) 2tooth ewes in lamb 27s 3d, 13 fat wethers 225, 23 f. and f. ewes 14s. H.B. Farmers’ Co-operative Association, Ltd—B fat bullocks £5 ss, 5 at £5 12s fid, 2 at £6 10s, 3 steers £2 15s, 3 at £4 10s, 3 at £3 15s, 12 bullocks £4 2s, 7 at £5 12s, -19 at £5 (is, 12 at £4 7s, 378 fat ewes 14s lOd, 128 ewes in lamb 24s fid, 253 wether hoggets 15s 7d, 200 fat ewes 18s 6d, 172 ewe hoggets 17s 6d, 39 m.s. hoggets 14s fid.
