THE INDIAN MENACE. A THREAT. (Electric Telegraph.—Copyright). (Received This Day, 8.40 a.m.) DELHI, October 17. Gandhu, who is leading the no-co-operation movement, made a violent speech at Lucknow. Referring to the murder of Commissioner Willoughby, lie said:—“When we shall use swords again we shall war on European women and children.” He said he intended to organise Hindustan. Lashkar men should practice discipline. He called upon Hindus and Mohammedans to combine against the British.—(A. & N.Z.)
