FOOD RIOTS.
SHOPS AND WAREHOUSES PILLAGED.
(Electric Telegraph.—Copyright). (Received This Day, 9.20 a.m.) COPENHAGEN, July 25. The “Berliner Tageblatt” states that owing to the high prices of food and clothing a mob at Treaves pillaged the shops and warehouses. The police were overpowered and appealed to the French troops to assist in restoring order.
