SPANISH UPRISING.
STIMULATED BY GERMAN INFLUENCE. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received This Day, 9 a.m.) MADRID, August 17. There are evidences that German intrigue is stimulating the internal uprising. The first victim leading the miners’ demonstration at Miranda was a foreigner, believed to be a German agent. Artillery was used against the rioters in some towns.
