The plot is a strong one but it is relieved by some touches of light comedy. The plot fines down eventually to a fight between Mary as the heroine and a fashionable society girl wondrously dressed, for the love of the handsome hero. It ends happily, of course, but not before Mary has shed some bitter tears, and things have looked very black. The rest of the caste is competent and good, and the Famous Players’ Studio is responsible £or some unique effects in studio artistry.
