GERMANY’S LOSSES INCREASING. CAMPAIGN TO BE STOPPED IN WINTER. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. ROME, August 8. It is reported that the German submarine losses are increasing. At least 25 were missing during July, several of which are admittedly destroyed. LONDON, August 8. A Swiss despatch from Germany states that the submarine campaign will be stopped after November as the Entente’s anti-submarine measures are making winter operations impossible.
