Fenwick, Hogg, Lawless, Sevien, Tweedy, Unwin, W. Wallis. Lieut. Hovey. JAPANESE SEAMEN. AWARDED BRITISH DECORATIONS. (Received This Day, 9 a.m.) MALTA, August 6. Admiral Ballard presented British decorations to seven officers and twenty sailors of Japanese destroyers in recognition of gallantry in attempting to defend the Transylvania and saving life.
