WAIPUKURAU STOCK SALE. The weekly sale was held at Waipukurau yards on Tuesday. Owing to the weather only a few pens of cattle were yarded. Fat bullocks (light) sold up to £l4 17s 6d, fat ewes 28s (id to 255, good woolly hoggets 22s 4d, aged breeding ewes 245. The brokers report as follows: Hawke’s Bay Farmers’.—l fat cow £8 2s fid, 12 24-year steers £lO 6s 6d, 9 12 to 18-month steers £7 6s, 13 12 to 18-month heifers £5 12s 6d, 2 weaner heifers £2 13s fid, 11 heifers £3 11s, 62 prime ewes 27s Bd. Williams and Kettle, Ltd.—3os woolly hoggets 22s fid, 70 fat ewes 28s 4d, 24 fat ewes 245.
