EMPIRE DAY.
A NATIONAL CELEBRATION. (Received This Day, 9 a.m.) LONDON, May 12. In the House of Commons Mr Asquith said the Government were ordering the Union Jack to be flown from public buildings on Empire Day, and he hoped the example would be followed.
