NON-COMBATANTS.
TO BE DESPATCHED TO FRANCE (Received This Day, 2 p.m. LONDON, April 19. Mr Tennant stated in the House that companies of non-combatants would shortly lie sent to France and employed in road making, timber culling, sanitary work, and unloading ships.
