FIOM 20th to 25th April, inclusive, relief mail trains, making usual stops of the ordinary mail trains, and, in addition, stopping at Opapa if required, for passengers, will run between Napier and Palmerston North as under:— FOR NAPlEß.—Palmerston North dep. 3.40 p.m., Waipukurau 7.10, Waipawa 7.23, Napier arrive 9.0 p.m. FOR PALMERSTON NORTH.— Napier dep. 9.50 a.m., Waipawa 11.27, Waipukurau 11.45, Palmerston North arrive 3.10 p.m. In addition to usual stops the Down Relief Mail train will, between Napier and Hastings, and between Woodville and Palmerston North, stop where required for passengers. NOTE.—From 20th to 25th April, inclusive, the Napier-Thomdon ordinary Down Mail train will NOT take passengers for stations between Paki Paki and Palmerston North inclusive. From 20th to 25th April, inclusive, the Thorndon-Napier ordinary Up Mail train will NO I' take passengers from between; Palmerston North and Paki Paki inclusive except for Hastings, Farndon, or Napier. Passengers holding through tickets from stations on Main Trunk Line, Wanganui Line (beyond Palmerston North) or from stations on the Wairarapa Line may join this train at Palmerston North and Woodville respectively. AUCKLAND EXPRESS TRAINS. From 18th to 28th April Extra Express trains for Auckland will leave Wellington at 2.0 p.m., Palmerston North 5.22 p.m. - On days »n which this train runs the ordinary Up Express train (Palmerston North dep. 4.25 p.m.) will not take passengers at Palmerston, On 19th, 20th, 24th and 25th April the Relief Mail train leaving Napier at 9.50 a.m. will connect at Palmerston with an extra express leaving there at 3.18 p.m. for Auckland. From 20th to 25th April, inclusive, the Woodvillc-Napier train which ordinarily leaves Waipukurau at 6.50 p.m. will leave Waipukurau at 7.35 p.m., Waipawa 7.54, Napier arrive 10.25 p.m. For full particulars of train arrangements, etc., see Booklet obtainable at all Ruilway Stations.
