Sir Edward Gray said that it was im possible to make tlo suggestion without asking whether they would themselvas undertake to purohase or make aa exchange of territory. (Received 8 65 a.m, To-day) LONDON, Maroh 4 Mr Aoland informed Mr JoynsonHioks that pourparlers were opened with France towards a conference to disoues details regarding the New Hebrides.
