No horse shall be eligible to start in a hack race which has won a race of the value of 100 sovs, or races of the collective value of 250 sovs, at time of nomination. The amount won by any horse in flat races, hurdle races or steeplechases, respectively, shall not render sue : horse ineligible, except in the- special class of race in which it has won such amount. The winner of any flat race after the declaration of weights to cany 71b penalty, and of every additional race 71b extra. In all nominations, descriptions, age, and pedigree of horses, the colours of t.ie rider (unless registeied), and the name of trainer must be given. Any person who shall at any meeting where the totalisator is used, run a horse in colours other than those notified in the Official Calendar as registered in his name, shall pay to the Club a fine of 1 sov for every start.
