[Per Press Association] Wanganui, This day Lieutenant-Colonel Hughes, who will command the New Zealand Rifle team at Bisley, left to-day for Wellington, to join the Ruspebu, leaving on Friday. Last night he was farewelled by tho local garricon ( dicers, and presented with a handsome sc uvenir. Mrs Hughes aooompaDies him.
