The Timet ’ Johannesburg correspondent says that the Mozsmbique Convention has given a fillip to the antiunion campaign in Natal, though the convention places Natal in a far better position than she oould hold under a system of free oompetition with Delegoe Bey.
An agitation in Cape Colony for differentation in favour of the representation of the country us opposed to the towns, is having an unsettling effect.
