Nominations for events Nos. 4, 6,10 12, 14, 18, 19 and 21, must be iu writing and accompanied by the necessary fw and definite particulars of last two years’ performances (all matches to be included). If no performances in that time the ltd four performances or any. Nominations close with the Secretary, on MONDAY, 7th December. Handicaps will be declared on MONDAY, 14th December. Acceptances close on the Ground with the Secretary by 12 noon on day of Sport*, Nominations in No. 22 close with the Secretary at 12 noon on day of Sport*. All other horse events at 3 p.m. In event No. 4, cup must be won twice in succession or three times at intervals before becoming the absolute property of competitor. Name of each winner will be inscribed on cup, which will bo retained by club until the above conditiona are fulfilled. All athletic events will be conducted under the Rules of the N.Z. Athletic Union, and the competitor’s attention i> drawn to Rule 15 of Constitution and 1! of regulations, i.e., “That every competitor must be registered and entry fee paid before competing, otherwise be is liable to disqualification, and will not receive any prize money.” Bicycle events under League of Wheelmen’s Rules.
