HACK HANDICAP—Of 100 sovs ; second horse to receive 15 sovs and third horse 5 sovs from the stake. Nomination 1 sov, acceptance 2 sovs. li miles. WAIPUKURAU HANDICAP-Of 150 sovs; second horse to receive 30 sovs and third horse 20 sovs from the stake. Nomination 1 sov ; acceptance 4 sovs. 1* mile. TWO-YEAR-OLD HANDICAP—- | Of 100 sovs ; second horse to receive 15 sovs and third horse 5 sovs from the stake. Nomination, 1 sov : acceptance, 2 sovs. 4 furlongs. LADIES’ HANDICAP-Of 50 sovs; I nominator of winner to receive Gold Watch of the value of 20 sovs, owner of I winner to receive 20 sovs, owner of I second horse 10 sovs from the stake. Horses to be nominated by Ladies. Gentlemen riders. Minimum weight 10-7. Nomination 1 sov, acceptance * 80v - 1£ miles. FLYING HANDICAP-Of 120 sovs ; second horse to receive 20 sovs and third horse 10 sovs from the stake. Nomination 1 sov, acceptance £2 10s. 6 furlongs. FINAL HACK HANDICAP-Of 80 sovs ; second horse to receive 10 sovs and third horse 5 sovs from the stake. Nomination 1 sov, acceptance 30s. 5 furlongs. HACK DEFINITION. No horse shall be eligible to start in a hack race which has won a race of the ! value of 100 sovs, or races of the collective j value of 250 sovs, at time of nomination. The amount won by any horse in flat races, hurdle races, or steeplechases, respectively, shall not render such horse ineligible, except in the special class of race in which it has won such amount. The winner of any flat race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 71b, and of every additional race 71b extra. No entry will be received for any race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections shall be decided by a majority o£ the Stewards present, or whom they may appoint, anti their decisions upon all points shall be final. In all nomination, description, age, pedigree, and the colours of the rider must be given.

DATES OF NOMINATIONS, WEIGHTS AND ACCEPTANCES. NOMINATIONS for all events close by 8 p.m on MONDAY, March 30th. On MONDAY, April 6th, WEIGHTS for all events will be declared. ACCEPTANCES for all events due bv 8 P.m on MONDAY, April 13th.
