Anarchists.
[Received 9.28 a.m.] LONDON, April 8 Owing to information from London, three Anarchists belonging to the International Group, wore arrested in a Paris suburb. The police took possession of a large quantity of Bickford fuse and dynamite which the Anarchists were attempting to smuggle into Paris.
