The littings of the Supreme Court opened this morning, before Mr Justice Cooper. True bills were found against Richard Daly, bigamy ; F. Cress and B. Morse, theft from a dwelling; L. M. Murray, oattle stealing; Albert Lovelock, forgery. The latter pleaded guilty and reoeived two years, and a similar sentence was imposed on Frederick Cross, theft from a dwelling. Morse was remanded for a report from the probation officer.
