[United Press Association.] Pahiatua, This day At a sitting of the District Court, before Judge Jas. Hasehlen, William Beaufort and George Little, two youths, for assault on a young girl, were sentenced to six weeki’ imprisonment in Wellington gaol. The judge stated that instructions would be given to the gaoler that both prisoners would be kept separate and apart from other prisoners. For asß&ult, John Folley was admitted to six months’ probation and ordered to pay £lO towards the expenses of the prosecution.
