Killed rabbit on Spring Hill. Traces on Ashcott aud on Sherwood. Saw two and many traces on Tangarewa. Ashley Clinton : Traces on D. Howie’s. Killed one on Wilson’s Traces on Morton’s, Anderson’s, Miles’, and Black’s,. Many traces on Forest reserve. South Makaretu : Traces on Paget’s, Thompson’s and McKay’s. Inspector Forde.—Hatuma : Signs on Stephenson’s, and Hemmingsen’s. Signs on Watson’s, Fairfield, and on Skerman and Podevin’s. Killed one on Wansted. Traces on Arataura and on Tautane. Saw rabbit on Bird’s. Traces on Hudson’s, and started one. Killed one on Mount Herbert. Traces on Tourere (Rathbone’s). Killed one and started another. Killed rabbit on Oakburn. Saw traces on Hunter’s Porangahau
