£lB, Takapan £2O, Te Ante £l2, Wai pawa £46 14s, Wakarara £ls, Walling ford £lB It was decided to try the experiment of the truant officers for another two months longer. Roferenoe was made at the Education Board meeting this morning by Mr J. G Gilberd,* to ihe ciroular issued by tbe 'Waipawa committee, in whioh it was inferred that country schools were neg looted. Dr Sidey said, as a matter of fact, country schools bad received a great deal more than their share of public money. Other members concurred in this expression of opinion.
