(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION) Dunedin, This day Dalgety and Company, have roceived a cable from the P. and 0. Company, stating that the prospeots of saving the Obina arc fatal. Half of tho wool and gam shipped have been saved and salvage operations are still proceeding.
