E Taylor, MH R., annoonood that he intended bringing charges of perjory, gambling, and drunkenness, against Inspector Emerson, of Napier. These allega lions w<*re totally distinct from those investigated by Mr Flyra Kenny, 8M , for the purpose of proving which, he woold attend tbe sittings of the Com mission in Hawke’s Bay.
