A Hack shall mean a horse whose 1 winnings in any one race do not ex , ceed £4O at time of starting {hack and hnnt6r races excepted). 4. No entry will be received for any race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections shall be decided by a majority of the stewards present, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. 5. The attention of owners and trainers is particularly called to Rule 75 of the “ Rules of Racing," which will be strictly enforced. 6 In all nominations description, age, pedigree, and performances of horses and colour of the rider must be given. 7.
