Bush Fires.
(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) MASTERTON,This day The bush fires are still spreading Losies of graßß, fencing, etc, are reported from all sides. The residence of Mr J C Nicholls, near Ekotahuna, was totally destroyed last night. Sheep in large numbers have been sent away. Later The residence of Mr John Mackay, Wan* gaheu was burned. It is insured in the South Britieh;the amount is unknown. The l’ararapa sawmill and Mr J. P Perry’s homestead were saved with difficulty,
