CLUB TOURNAMENT. The following handicaps have been de dared : Men’s Singles —Dr Reed, and Messrs Loughnan, and Mathias, scratch ; Messrs Batkin, Bennett, and Collett, 17 ; Messrs Jolt and White, 25 Men's Doubles.—Messrs Loughnan and Mathias, scratch ; Dr Reed and Mr White, 10 ; Messrs Penßey and Baker, and Meesrs Collett and Bennett, 15 ; Meesrs Baskio and Jail, 20. Combined Doableß.—Miss M. Bibby and Mr Mathias, and Miss Qodfray and Dr Reed, scratch ; Miss Bibby and Mr Bas kin, 15; Miss B iker and Mr Baker, 20 Ladies’ Doubles—Mies Bibby and Misß M. Bibby, scratch; Miss Godfrey and Misß Baker, 10. Each event ie for 50 points. Play commences at 230 p.m. on Saturday next, and will be continued from time to time as opportunities occur.

OPEN TOURNAMENT. Tbe following is the programme for the Open Tournament, to be held on the Uth, 12th and 13th February Men’s Championship Singles; entrance 7s 6d ; 100 points Men’s Championship Doubles ; entrance 10s ; 100 points Men’s Handicap Singles ; entrance 5s ; 100 points Men'B Handicap Doubles ; entrance 10s; 100 points Ladies’ Doubles; entrance ss; 75 points Combined Donbles ; entrance 7s 6d ; 100 points Ladies’ Handicap Singles ; entrance sa; 75 points Entries close on Thursday, February 4tb, with the secretary at Waipawa ; handicaps will be published in the Mail on Gth Febrnary. In case the nmnber o’ entries should be so largo as to prevent the tournament being played off in three days, the committee reserve the right to reduce tbe comber of points.
