Damage to Bridges.
Many of the bridges in the Ashley Clinton and Makaretu districts have been destroyed, while the others have received seriouß injuries. Anderson’s bridge has been burned. Two near the Makaretu school have been damaged, and the stringers of Hemmiogst n’s bridge are in “ bail state. The whole are unfit for traffic-
