Danevirke, This day The Hawke’s Bay Timber Compaojrt sawmill at Tahorai’i with tbe ®ill manager’s house, stock manager’s boo**, ind employees’ dwellings were destroy*! by fir i tlm morning. The fire was cao**! by the spreading of the bush fires. Tbe insurances ou the mill plant amount to £SOO, and on the stoi k manager’s furniture £IOO. both iu the Norwich Uoion. Tber* are other inpurances but the particular* are not known. The mill plant w•« * firet class one. The oompany are boi*! losers. , J
