The Bean Case.

Dunedin, This day The Attorney-General has granted leave to appeal in the Minnie Dean case. The Attorney General has decided to grant the application of Mr Hanlon, solicitor for Mrs Dean, for an appeal with respect to the admission of certain evidence at the infanticide trial, and suggests that an immediate sitting of the Appeal Court be held to decide tho question.
