This day At the Magistrate’s Court yesterday a thief and loafer named Dennison, rejoicing in an alias and encumbered with a long record of convictions, was sentenced to two months’ hard labor for stealing a pair of boots. This morning Carl Leupold, charged with disobeying an order of the Court to pay 8s a week towards the support of his wife, was remanded till August 2nd at Waipawa.
